At Columbia and Country Cottages our focus is achieving the quality of life goals of our residents and families. The small size of building, intense emphasis on individualized care through its unique ~CareSteps~ levels of care, careful selection and continuous training of management and Homemaker staff, and ongoing desire for resident and family feedback, are key to achieving our mission - do the things that help our residents maintain their independence, dignity and choice!
