Senior Managing Director
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Leslie developed an affinity for spending time with seniors through her mother, who loved to include her children in volunteering at local nursing homes.
Love took Leslie to southern Illinois where she spent fifteen years. She graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology and Counseling and became a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. Leslie managed three assisted living communities in Illinois.
She truly has found her passion and has devoted her energies to working in the senior housing industry.
Family brought Leslie back to Alabama in November of 2011, and today, Leslie says she loves Alabama and is happy to be home! “The people here are so welcoming and friendly,” she says. Leslie looks forward to each day at the Cottages. “It doesn’t feel like work. I truly enjoy coming to the community every day and visiting with our Residents. I learn so much from their stories and life experiences. It is an education that
cannot be taught or learned in the classroom.”
We are excited to welcome Leslie to the Cottage team. As Senior Managing Director, Leslie will spend half of her days in Hoover and half in Mountain Brook.
