Apricot Salad

Ingredients |
- 2 3oz packages of apricot or peach Jell-O
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 large can unsweetened, crushed pineapple and juice
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 small jars of apricot baby food
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 12oz whipped topping

Directions |

- Mix Jell-O, sugar and pineapple in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add cream cheese, beating into mixture. Let cool.
- When cool, add baby food and nuts.
- Fold in whipped topping
- Refrigerate until firm
