Apricot Salad

Apricot Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 3oz packages of apricot or peach Jell-O
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 large can unsweetened, crushed pineapple and juice
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 small jars of apricot baby food
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 12oz whipped topping
 
Directions
 
  1. Mix Jell-O, sugar and pineapple in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, beating into mixture. Let cool.
  3. When cool, add baby food and nuts.
  4. Fold in whipped topping
  5. Refrigerate until firm
