The Information Director is employed by the Cottage. The duties and responsibilities are to serve as the marketing, public relations, and sales agent.

Basically, this will require caring, alertness and responsiveness on the part of all of us and will often involve performing tasks outside those normal duties outlined in our individual job descriptions.

General Description
:
Responsible for achievement of full occupancy to assure financial health of the community.
    Duties:
  • Responsible for achievement of community occupancy goals established in community marketing plan.
  • Implements all strategies of marketing plan within budgetary controls established in the plan.
  • Reports marketing plan status.
  • Advises Director of Marketing and Sales or Vice President of Marketing concerning needed market plan modifications.
  • Performs all prospect contact, including mailing of information packets following initial contact.
  • Follows Company policies and procedures for record keeping and expenditure.
  • Coordinates and cooperates with Managing Director to assure smooth operations.
  • Implements changes in operating procedure.
  • May perform other duties as directed by the Management Company.

Closing of move-in/contract signing is not a responsibility granted. This responsibility is the sole authority of Managing Director or Regional Managing Director.
