Fresh peaches are the star of this easy to create cobbler!

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium peaches
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 refrigerated (not frozen) pie crust
Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Peel & slice peaches
  • Place peaches into 9×12 baking dish
  • Melt margarine & pour over peaches
  • Mix flour & 1 cup sugar & sprinkle over peaches
  • Cover with pie crust, folding over any long edges
  • Combine sugar & cinnamon & sprinkle over crust
  • Bake until bubbling & golden brown
